The SEC's Crowdfunding Proposal December 2013

 
 

On October 23, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission voted unanimously to propose rules under the JOBS Act to permit companies to offer and sell securities through crowdfunding. (The 585-page proposed rules are available on the SEC’s site here.)
