The most sought after sneakers and streetwear on the market sell out in a matter of seconds. We make it possible for our customers to successfully acquire limited-edition product in seconds using our proprietary tech. The saving of time and money is a key factor in our success and has helped us grow to over 1,900+ customers in North America and continue to grow 10% MoM. We're on target to cross $1m ARR by the end of 2020 (Please see Data Room for additional detail regarding the assumptions underlying these projections).
SoleSavy is a differentiated premium sneaker community, which allows us to form close relationships with our subscribers and create partnerships with major retailers across North America. SoleSavy members have purchased over $1.2 Million worth of tracked sneaker purchases in 6 months through affiliate partners and boutiques. We are building brand loyalty through a customer-first approach that sets us apart from the rest of the industry.
Our business model is simple - we charge $30/mo to join the community and gain access to our platform of tools, content, and product. We also earn 5-10% in affiliate fees from our customers when they purchase sneakers via our partners. We plan on introducing additional pricing options ($7, $15, $100) to help us capture a wider audience from the casual sneaker enthusiast to advanced users and collectors.
We have a lean, metrics-driven team with over a decade of experience in the sneaker industry. Dejan (CEO) co-founded Kickdeals.com - a sneaker affiliate business generating $1MM in annual revenue and Justin (COO) managed five Nike retail stores owned by New Age Sports. Both have deep industry networks and connections that they leverage regularly.
We're raising our first seed round to scale the business, expand our technology offerings and continue to monetize all aspects of the industry.
Raffle entry to win one free pair of limited edition Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 270 "Cactus Trails" sneakers (sold out and valued at $550 USD).

Frequently Asked Questions
When you complete your investment on SeedInvest, your money will be transferred to an escrow account where an independent escrow agent will watch over your investment until it is accepted by SoleSavy. Once SoleSavy accepts your investment, and certain regulatory procedures are completed, your money will be transferred from the escrow account to SoleSavy in exchange for your securities. At that point, you will be a proud owner in SoleSavy.
Preferred equity is usually issued to outside investors and carries rights and conditions that are different from that of common stock. For example, preferred equity may include rights that prevent or minimize the effects of dilution or grants special privileges in situations when the company is sold.
A convertible note is a unique form of debt that converts into equity, usually in conjunction with a future financing round. The investor effectively loans money to a startup with the expectation that they will receive equity in the company in the future at a discounted price per share when the company raises its next round of financing.

Currently there is no market or liquidity for these securities. Right now SoleSavy does not plan to list these securities on a national exchange or another secondary market. At some point SoleSavy may choose to do so, but until then you should plan to hold your investment for a significant period of time before a “liquidation event” occurs. A “liquidation event” is when SoleSavy either lists their securities on an exchange, is acquired, or goes bankrupt.
